Orders for our home-made products are shipped within 3-5 business days. If you’re buying from a third party seller on our website, it will take between 5-10 business days to ship. It might take longer to ship due to the current pandemic. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) do not count as business days.
Your order will be shipped to the address that you give us when placing an order. Please ensure that you have entered an accurate address to avoid shipping delays. If your order has already shipped, your address can no longer be changed. We have no responsibility for any shipping delays due to inclement weather, holidays, an Act of God, carrier delays, incorrect shipping address, or any other reason that could cause a shipping delay.
Because our homemade products are cosmetic in nature, we do NOT issue refunds. We do not offer exchanges and all sales are final. Before we ship a product out, we verify quality and retain proof of the quality of the product(s) that we send out.
For our third party purchases, if there is any problem please let us know and we will do our best to fix the issue. The description of an item will indicate if an item is shipped from a third party seller.
We will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card information and personal information to any third party. If you were redirected to our website by another website, we are not responsible and therefore cannot be held liable for their actions as it pertains to our website.
